Scenes Traveling North

We splurged on this day and hired a taxi to drive us from Crucita up to Bahia de Caraquez, about 35 km and less than a 2 hour drive. Couldn't take the bus because Grey had to have the option to stop on less than a moments notice as the Cipro hadn't kicked in yet. Thankfully we made it without incident! As you can see, along the way we went through rice paddy country located in a large delta draining into the ocean between Crucita and San Clemente.
1) Farmer working in rice paddy
2) Typical stilted house along the muddy river
3) Lush green rice paddy
4) On Saturday they convert main street into a "fotball" field for the kids
5) Cebo tree
